If you have not changed your old ez-link cards for the new CEPAS-compliant ones yet, you better do so by 7 October 2009 at any TransitLink ticket offices. After which, not only will it be useless on buses and trains, one-for-one exchanges for the new CEPAS cards will no longer be free of charge (you’ll have to pay $15 instead!).
